Tap into the mind of an Olympic Track Star!
This week we layback with 2x Australian Olympian, Morgan Mitchell. She represented Australia in the 2016 and 2020 olympics, on the track in both the 400m and 800m events. Morgan is as cool as they come. With an 'anything is possible' mindset, she has incredible determination and laser vision for success in all areas of her life!
She has recently teamed up with international fitness franchise, F45, as one of their global faces/ambassadors. We've heard whispers that Morgan is genuinely tight with David Beckham and Marky Mark :D
