This is the first 'Layback Sessions' show for The C-Side. We start strong with good friend and one of the original founders of FISHBOWL, Nic Pestalozzi. They've reached much larger heights than your average 'salad bar'. Fishbowl have built a brand and a cultural impact around their business, unlike any food chain I've ever seen.

We sit down with their marketing director Nic and talk specifically about his journey within Fishbowl, their mantra behind 'changing the culture' and how they've managed to build such an epic brand behind their product.
